CAPACITY BUILDING.
DEFINITION.
Partnerships with the Malaysian and international organizations in capacity building is a central priority for INSAN. To have an effective partnership with local partners in Yemen, INSAN is planning to conduct, among other things, training programs for them. Capacity building training includes topics on organizational policies, practices, accountability, and delivery of quality services. INSAN also plans to offer vocational training to beneficiaries, along with livelihood interventions to ensure that targeted communities and individuals can manage assets and resources well.
CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECTS.
Organizational capacity building is understood as the process of helping an organization to become more efficient and effective and to achieve longterm sustainability and social impact. INSAN’s capacity building projects will focus on developing the capacities of organizations and individuals. Following are projects that INSAN plans to undertake under Capacity Building:
- Workshop capacity building for partner organizations in Yemen.
- Supporting and building capacity of partner organizations.
